Making The Most Of March Break In Vaughan .

March Break is a time for many families to head down south to soak up the warm weather, and for some families, it simply means having a couple days off to spend time together. Thankfully there is plenty to do in and around Vaughan, and we’re going to share some of these activities so you and your family have a memorable March Break.

AT Bubble Soccer

AT Bubble Soccer in Vaughan is an exhausting but fun way to be competitive and have a great time. Suit up in a giant bubble and bring your soccer skills. Smaller bubbles are provided for kids.

Escape Room

For families with older children, this is a great way to strengthen teamwork and resourcefulness. An escape room is basically a room with various puzzles and riddles that teams have to solve in order to escape. Almost all have their own storylines and themes, and some can be quite complicated. Two worth mentioning are Escape Games and Mystery Room, both located in Downsview.

Woodbine Fantasy Fair

Located right off of Highway 27, Woodbine Fantasy Fair is Ontario’s largest indoor amusement park. Have a look at the events scheduled for March Break on their website.

Sugar Bush Maple Syrup Festival

The Kortright Centre for Conservation is one of four locations hosting the Sugar Bush Maple Syrup Festival. See a demonstration of how to make maple syrup, enjoy a wagon ride and have some pancakes!

Disney on Ice

Disney on Ice is celebrating 100 years of Disney magic at the Rogers Centre. Disney favourites like Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Cinderella, Mickey, Donald Duck and Snow White will all perform in a sing-along with over 30 songs.

Ripley’s Aquarium

Home to over 16,000 aquatic animals, Ripley’s Aquarium is one of Toronto’s newer attractions, and a great way to learn about marine life.

Legoland Discovery Centre at Vaughan Mills

This is the place to be to have a bricktacular March Break! With tons of different Lego builds, 2 rides, and a 4D cinema, it’s no wonder that the Legoland Discovery Centre is one of the best places for kids to imagine, explore and enjoy the wonders of Lego.

Vaughan Sportsplex

Equipped with 3 indoor sports fields, this facility offers sports like Nerf dart tag, volleyball, and basketball, and is the perfect spot to take the athletes in your family!

Skyzone

Skyzone is offering a March Break camp during the week for kids ages 6 - 12. Let’s face it, trampoline parks are an awesome idea and we wish there were more of them around when we were kids.
