With less than a week to go, you may be wondering what you can do around Markham during March Break. We’ve found a few things to see and do that will keep kids, adults and families happy and amused.

It’s been an unseasonably warm winter, so the Markham Museum is creating an entire week’s worth of snow days inside its walls. This exhibit is suitable for the entire family.
Enjoy a stunning musical journey telling the tale of Irish emigration. Celtic Nights will fill you with laughter, sadness, melancholy, a sense of genuine Irish identity and celebration.
Toogood Pond Park
Toogood Pond is a 33-hectare park that has many notable points of interest, including a partially naturalized pond and a marsh. Pay a visit to Canadian geese, ducks, fish, and other wildlife, or explore one of the many beautiful walkways.
Get lost in Markham’s iconic Pacific Mall. It has nearly 300 brand name stores, is recognized as an official Canadian Tourist Attraction, and hosts festivals and celebrations for the community on a regular basis.
The Markham Pan Am Centre
If you haven’t been inside the Markham Pan Am Centre yet, take the opportunity to stop by during March Break. The facility has an Olympic-sized pool with 10 swimming lanes, a triple gymnasium and a fitness centre to keep you active on land and in the water.
