Why do I have to come in to complete my colour chart so soon?
Upgrades and color charts should be completed at least nine months before your scheduled closing date. Timing is a major factor at the construction process and this time ensures that your requests are met.
How long does it take to complete my colour selection and upgrades?
An appointment takes approximately 3 hours, on average.
Can I get more than one appointment
We are confident that with one of our qualified coordinators your
color chart and upgrades package will be completed within one appointment.
How many times may I browse?
You may browse as many times as you wish prior to your appointment. Our browsing hours are Saturdays and Sundays between 12:00 pm and 5:00pm, except holidays.
Why is browsing so busy?
Browsing is open publicly to all of our sites in which case many purchasers from each site might come in to browse, before their scheduled appointments.
Can we browse during the weekdays?
Weekdays are reserved for appointments only. All our coordinators have scheduled appointments during weekdays and will not be able to accommodate any inquires. It would be very distracting to our purchasers who are completing their choices.
Can I request prices over the phone?
Pricing may take considerable time because costs are different for every model and elevation for all of our sites. Please submit questions via fax or via email at design@aspenridgehomes.com. Please Note that in some cases it might take some time to receive answers due to the volume of requests.
What will I need to bring for my appointment?
You may want to bring such items as fabrics and paint color swatches to help direct you in making your decisions. In addition you need to bring in your appliance cutout specifications and a checkbook, if you wish to purchase upgrades over your bonus amount.
Will we be closing on time?
Please contact your sales representative for this information.
Do we have to pay for our upgrades after our appointment?
Depending on amount spent on upgrades and the payment method you choose, you are required to pay for your upgrades in full or leave us 25% deposit amending the remaining totals to your total purchase price.
Why can't I go to your supplier to pick my tiles, hardwood, cabinets directly because you do not have much of a selection at the studio?
We have pre-arranged selections contracted to us by our suppliers for your home. Furthermore most of our suppliers do not sell directly to the public and do not have showrooms.
Why can't we go through our house on site?
We do not allow you to walk through your home during construction due to on-site conditions that may be hazardous which can result in an injury.
Why can't I change my colour chart and upgrades after we finished
our appointment?
Once your choices have been sent to construction, paperwork is distributed to over 30 trades. When changes are made after this process there is a risk of miscommunication and paperwork might not be processed until it is too late
